Catherine Fraise

I’ve worked in education for 30 years and I’ve found that my passion in life isn’t just in the classroom, it’s also in creating environments to cultivate learning in students. This is not done on a macro-level where students are known more by their numbers in a system, but on the micro-level where their individual learning styles are embraced and encouraged.

I’ve worked hard as a teacher and educator to develop a new education model that allows for individualized learning plans catered to each student as an alternative to traditional school. I founded Workspace Education as the prototype for this model and I’m proud of the progress we have made on that front.

I quickly realized that one school wasn’t enough to change how education is managed, so I established a non-profit to help support the development of like-minded learning environments across the world. 100 Roads works with entrepreneurs in education (or as I call them “edupeneurs”) in developing these schools and providing support in advancing education globally.

I believe in education that allows for students to dive deep into their passions and expand not only their knowledge, but their ideas. They are the future in present form and it is absolutely vital that they learn in ways that enhance their abilities.
