About the Podcast

I have been working in education for over 30 years, doing what I can to inspire others to imagine new possibilities in teaching, learning, and schooling.

While thinking about writing a book can be interesting, it can feel daunting as well. And the questions were: Would it get published? And who would read it?

Five years ago, I began to listen to podcasts and I thought … this would be cool. Perhaps this is what I should do. Bring the voices and experiences of great educators from across the country to speak to the current state of education, what should be done, and to share all the cool things they were doing to transform it. With that, I simply set out to design a series of conversations I thought could be of value to others. And there you have it.

The purpose is to bring the voice, experience, stories, and wisdom of these incredible educators to the ears of those interested in listening, about the need, opportunity, and possibilities for a revolution in education.
